New Zealand’s North Island is an eclectic mix of breathtaking natural beauty, geothermal parks, bustling cities, and a rich cultural heritage. And there’s no better way to explore the upper part of New Zealand than via a campervan road trip. But you’ll need more than a week to explore this part of the country properly, so cue our epic New Zealand North Island itinerary for 10 days!

This North Island, New Zealand itinerary includes some of our most famous sights and attractions, as well as a few lesser-known and hidden gems. You can use this itinerary as is or use it as inspiration to kickstart your own creation.
